ARRANGEMENTS AND TERMS
PAYMENTS
Please pay the deposit as early as possible so that you or your group
gets prepared well for an awesome experience in Africa. You can also make
full payment at once if you so desires.
CANCELLATION
All cancellations will incur the cost of arrangements as long as one has
paid the deposit.
ACCOMODATION
The costs are based on single occupancy. KERUDO Ministry Center has arrangements
for good accommodation amenities. At times you may be accommodated outside
KERUDO area in local people's residence which is arranged by KERUDO in
advance.
COSTS
The costs quoted are exclusive of passport, visa and health related expenses.
The costs are subject to change without notice if market prices change
or foreign currency fluctuates.
BAGGAGE
Pack all that you feel is necessary. We will send to you a list of items,
which we suggest you can pack but are free to pack whatever is important
to you.
