KERUDO

Coming from a Christian home, Rev. Yusuf accepted Christ as his Savior at the age of 18. In the years that followed he realized God was calling him to work in His Vineyard. He obtained different certificates and diplomas over the years culminating in his Bachelor of Divinity degree in 1988 from the Theological Faculty in Prague, Czechoslovakia.

After getting his Diploma of Theology, his P. A. G. church appointed him as the National Christian Education Department Director from 1970 - 1979. He served for the few years as guest lecturer in Christian Education at Pentecostal Bible College and part time pastor in Ruiru, one of the suburbs of Nairobi. In 1983, he began work for the Evangelical Fellowship of Kenya (EFK) as a training director, later doing pioneer work at a branch office of EFK as field coordinator. He started the Ministry of KERUDO in January 1996. Rev. Yusuf is married to Loice Gowi, a school teacher and they have six children. Presently, he's the Senior Pastor of Ngong Pentecostal Church, a fast growing metropolitant church on the suburbs of Nairobi. From here he has been able to plant six churches in Maasailand through the grace of God.
